Simple Search tool

I have several excel files, located in different folders.
i would like to have a tool, based on Excel either Access , that could search in those files and present the suitable result.
the files gets updated from time to time so "link" to them should be maintained.
Please have a look at the sample solution. this should be the result ( it can be tweaked. i don't have a problem )
