Offer:
1. paid work for the estimated 1 hour test job (fixed rate) - provided the test job is delivered: quickly, complete, with formulas & results shown and zero errors (we count on reliability for our clients!)
2. successful completion of test job will narrow the field of candidates eligible for other similar jobs with larger amounts of data, no exact date or guarantee that you will go on to get other jobs but we're willing to test the waters!
Time for completion of test job is estimated to be 1 hour (if you have experience with Excel functions and can approach data in jobs rationally & logically).
Job will be handed to the pre-screening candidate once we quickly review your credentials and seriousness, plus your intention to turn around the job (DELIVER) quickly (1-2 hours hopefully) with no errors. Professionalism and simplicity is appreciated; absolute confidentiality requiring the materials and nature of the job is required.
When we have the right number of candidates (1-3 probably), the job will be cancelled and if you are working on the job but are not one of the first candidates to deliver it as required, you should stop working on it; no payment will be made to you in this case.
