Design A low frequency to high frequency simulation using Multisim -- 3

I will be designing a Low Frequency to high frequency converter, but I need somebody to help me with the simulation design using the Multisim Software.

I need the calculations and what resistor, amplifiers and speakers to be used other parts to be used in the simulation as I will try to make this circuit.

The Input frequency should be between 5-20Hz and the output should be within the range of 75-85Hz.

The parts to be used should be available for purchase online and should not exceed over 150$

I have added a block diagram of the outcome I want to achieve.
