I'm seeking a proficient virtual assistant to handle both sales and administrative tasks. The role will primarily involve making outbound sales calls and managing appointments.
Tasks to be accomplished include:
- Making sales calls: Prior experience in making outbound sales calls and ability to effectively communicate the product/service benefits to potential customers is crucial.
- Scheduling appointments: Proficient in using Google Calendar and Sheets to manage and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities.
- Additional administrative tasks: There might be occasional data entry and administration assistance as well.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in telemarketing and sales, especially B2C.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
- Familiarity with Google Calendar and Sheets.
