We have loaded our data into Salesforce. We need to run an integrity check as data seems to be in different formats throughout.
Data needs to be updated for all records.
We then need to get the system working for our organisation, we have loaded templates for sms & email but haven't got them working yet.
We need some on-going training on how to maximise the funcionality of Salesforce on a weekly basis.
We need changes and some development as we advance in our use of the system.
