Adapt SIP Software to use Twilio API

Hello,

I'm looking for a coder that is capable to adapt this software QuteCOM ([url removed, login to view]) to work with Twilio API or Twilio OpenVBX ([url removed, login to view]).

The software should be able to connect to make calls, send SMS and contact users for free with the same software.

This software is developed using C, C++ and Perl and the Twilio Helpers are available in Perl and other languages.

The integration should be easy and fast to any coder with some experience. All documentation is provided.

Please let me know your price and time to develop this.
