admin and listing page

i am a coder on vacation.

basically, i have a client who needs an admin and a listing page.

the admin page should allow uploading of huge files and we should be able to select multiple files, indicate a file category and upload them all at once. we should also be able to edit a file's category or delete a file from this page.

the listing page should display the filenames (linked to the actual files to allow download), size and date. it should be arranged according to date and will have an option to display only a certain file category.

for the js code involved, i would prefer mootools but other js frameworks or plain js is okay.

please show me sample links and code of work you have done in the past.

i need only clean and semantic code.

the client's server is running on iis and can run php.
