We have lots of Joomla and OSc projects. Lots of odd, complex and challenging projects. Lots of Web2.0 work. Lots of beautiful complex Flash scripting and design work.
No newbies. No rookies. Only want to work with PHP/MySQL or Flash experts who consider themselves at least an 8/10 in PHP/MySQL and or Flash.
Will only consider vendors in Central or South America. Have absolutely no interest in working with or talking to anyone who is anywhere else other than Central or South America.
