Clean up excel file

I need someone to consolidate and remove duplicate records from my excel file with 400 records of data.

Each record has 17 fields of data i.e. name, year founded, owner, etc

Conditions:

1. If you sort by "name", you will see duplicate records with same name

2. remove the duplicate record with the least amount of information

3. Keep the record with the most information or merge two records together to create 1 complete record.

I need this completed today. If you can not work on it today and complete, please ignore this bid. I estimate 2 hours to complete job.
