Create a Marketing Plan

You will select a small local business. Try to determine who their target customer is, how this company currently mixes the elements of the “Four Ps” (product, place, price, promotion), and how successfully their marketing mix connects with their target customer. Then, create a marketing plan with a title page, their current marketing situation, their competition, and strategic analysis.
This plan will only be about 5 pages right now, but when completed, I have an opportunity for a more expanded project. I will have an example of a plan that should help you organize your work.
This project should be completed in 4 days.
