Caricature of single item

I am looking for a lifelike caricature of a doctor. The face in the caricature will based on a photograph which I will send the winning bidder. It needs to be catchy, slightly humorous but not cheesy. The doctor will be holding a prescription pad in his had which will include some text.
This single image needs to be delivered with a transparent background or will some text on its left hand side on a white background (form of a postcard).
Delivery within 5 days of picking the winning bid.
