I have scraped a website myself for real estate listings, i have all the data in an excelsheet. I used visual web scraper for this.
Im looking for an desktop uitility so i can type in a streetname, and i will be able to see average price per sqm in that street, the average price per sqm for the postal code that street is in, the average price per sqm for the burough that street is in.
Also i would like to see the average time houses in that postal code, street, burough were on the market, and how long listed properties are allready on the market (the data consists of listings allready sold and still on offer)
Would like to be able to search for listings on parameters like 20% under avg price per sqm in street, and/or postal code, and/or burough. SO basicaly a utility that offers me great flexibility in searching the data.
Also i would like to update this data on a daily basis through scraping the website every 24hours.
