User Interface design - Landing page

We are a motorcycle rental company operating in Bali, Indonesia and we need someone to deisgn our landing page

our customer are tourist from all over the world, mainly Australia, USA, Europe and Canada

What we need to be included on our landing page:

Top section:
1. Logo
2. Tagline - our tagline is "Find your Freedoom"
3. Booking / Reservation form - this will be a plugin, so just leave some space blank for this, no need to design the reservation form itself
4. Special promotion banner (this can be like a small ribbon or banner where customer can click to see what promotion we are currently having)
5. Background image - please suggest whether it will be better to have background image or leave it clean. If we were to use background image please source the image, we are not providing it.
6. Value proposition - a short write up or mini icon about our main feature /value proposition which is either "Kiss your worries goodbye" or "safety is our priority" as Mottoran will provide you with:
- Secure online booking
- extensive services and accesories
- Motorbike equiped with ABS (Anti-lock barking system) - to ensure safety

Middle section:

1. Motorbike selection (slider): there will be 4 bikes, with short description on each bike
2. Video section (slider) - containing some videos (youtube) which are relevant to our website. We will provide which video to be included
3. Top Bali destination section (slider) - containing pictures and some description about top bali destination; restaurant, clubs, hotels, place of interest etc
Bottom section:
1. Social media link button
2. Customer review section
3. Term and condition
4. About us
5. Chat button (floating button) at bottom right hand corner of web page

other general condition about the website/landing page:
1. color: red, white, black and gray
2. Tone: Fun, professional and safe
3. Fresh, and eye catching
4. Target customer are tourist, aged 20-35 years old
