Hello, this is my design for your case. It is designed keeping minimalism in mind while also not using a lot of raw materials. The circuit board and batteries are secured in place and do not take up a lot space. The base of the top part is properly flattened to sit tight and flat on the base. Also, I have made the holes for the audio jack and the usb port just as you mentioned. Let me know if your thoughts on this. Thank you.

#37 Excellent idea... the support structure for the batteries may break due as they are too small. Also the edges on the battery support may prevent the case from closing properly...

Thank you for the feedback. I have checked and verified that the edges of battery support doesn't prevent the case from closing. Also I can increase the overall thickness of the support structure.
