SPANISH is my native language and I have a superb grasp of the English language, both verbally and in writing. This allows me to do excellent quality standard translations, 100% human, matching exactly the message conveyed in the original text, be it ENGLISH or SPANISH.
My professional background includes a BS Degree in Psychology with specialization in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management. For the last 30 years, I have shared my professional practice of OD Psychology with my work as a Professional Translator in Spanish and English Languages.
My fields of expertise as a translator includes: Business - Management, Medical, Psychology, Social Sciences, Philosophy, Spiritual texts, Travel and Tourism, Literature, free writing on any subject. ALL SUBJECTS, maybe with the exception of technical and legal, which I have done, but are not my preferred topics. I have also served as a consecutive translator for educational events and lectures, as well as private meetings.
Some translation projects I have been awarded have helped me develop as well skills as a transcriber (both in English and Spanish), since It was needed for the translation of audios and videos. I have even done some subtitling!
Being very good in my verbal communication skills, seven years ago I took a course to enhance them, receiving certification as a broadcast professional and opening for me the doors of the VOICE OVER world! So I am currently a Voice Over female talent as well, and some of the projects I have worked with include: Narrations for Institutional presentations, Narrations for product presentation (for videos), tutorials and eLearning, recording for audio-books and narrations for children's stories, ON-HOLD prompts for Call centers (The voice in Spanish), and some others.
