Hired them for a complex mobile app development that they claimed to understand and promised to complete in 3 months' time, after 4 months completed and during the time I provided them with all the relevant materials and I was available for all sorts of meetings/discussions, they figured out after 4 months of accepting project they cannot do this. Told me that they will at least help me with a basic design as compensation for the time wasted however left that design incomplete too. Leaving the impression that there is still a lot to learn from this young team especially respecting the client's time and not wasting it as well as a judgment of what they can and cannot do. Now after wasting 4 months of my time I am again starting to look for a new team to take on my project.
