Daily activities involves, Assisting Cloud Managed Operations team in maintenance of about 1000 big data pipelines. Giving KT’s to the CMOps team in order to upskill and train them on the technologies used for building the pipelines. 3. Brought down escalation percentage from around 60% to 10% . 4. Introduced Out of Band CDAP cleanup which reduced unplanned outages by 20%.
