At present I am undertaking a contract within the Clerical Administration Unit providing clerical support to the Cardiology team through patient care, I am responsible for the booking, changing and amendment of appointments, clinics and tests per consultant and patient request. I am responsible for diary management, audiotyping and maintenance of in house software and technology. I have proficient knowledge of a variety of public sector databases and software, telephone communication, manipulation of data through referrals/reports and am also responsible for a range of general administrative duties.
