I volunteered my office skills for a nonprofit business by handling all the clerical and administrative needs for the board members. I sent out letters to clients, new volunteers, and members of updates and daily requirements. I assisted in planning and arranging events from beginning to end. Researched grants, various resources to assist with needs to the program. Provided office skills: data entry, letter writing, enrollment and applications for new clients and volunteers, handled calls on a daily basis. Also, assisted with blogs for website and used Microsoft Office for various needs and projects.
