I hired Junaid to do an entire database for a US state. He outperformed his contemporaries by doing 34 lines per hour versus their 22, which included unique website look-up, testing and verification of contacts, and the needed to have discernment between rolls. Throughout it all he was a great communicator, followed directions precisely, asked questions when he was unsure, and delivered quality work.
