Develop XML Schema for Russian standart

Hello,

the attached file (Russian) is the description of standart of package data into XML file.

We need to develop XML Schema(XSD) that corresponds to this human-readable description.

We will work in the following manner:

1) You create several examples of correct/bad XML

2) I verify the examples

3) You create XML Schema and verify that it does accept good XMLs and reject bad ones.

4) I verify the schema

We will repeat the process for each section of data.
