Support and deployment of CKAN

Supoort is needed on
installation CKAN on a virtual machine using the below instructions

I also need some initial support (initially 10 hours) on how to harvest metadata from eg
ESRI Geoportal toolkit and Geonetwork.
and some initial configurations.
If this initial Project runs good we expect this to be followed by more enhancements of GUI.
You need to show working experience using CKAN to be able to be accepted.
