I need a reliable and organized virtual assistant based in Delhi-NCR to help me with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Handling and organizing my email correspondence, flagging important messages, and drafting responses.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling my meetings, calls, and other appointments.
- Social Media Management: Assisting in managing my social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
I am looking for an entry-level virtual assistant with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be based in Delhi-NCR, as some tasks may require in-person assistance.
Communication:
I prefer communication primarily through email. Therefore, prompt and clear email communication is essential.
Key Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in email management.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Punctuality and reliability.
