High end custom organization seeking a welcoming and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate must have office administrative experience and be a fast learner capable of assuming a position that requires multi-tasking. Employee will provide administrative support throughout the organization and must communicate accurately in a timely manner. Employee will answer phones, greet visitors and perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, data entry, filing, organizing and scheduling.
Employee must have excellent written and verbal communication skills via email, phone, and in person. Must have high attention to detail and possess the ability to organize and multitask. We're looking for a team player who is self-motivated and positive. Must be Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, English & Spanish a PLUS.
Candidate must be located within USA only.
