Convert 3D Max Model into 3D full colour (sandstone/gypsum) printable model

I have a series of figurine models in 3D Max format that I want to get converted into 3D full colour printable model , i.e., printable on a Projet 660 with sandstone (gypsum). Head and body need to be constructed separately to allow for head replacements later on. Looking for someone who had prior experience with constructing full colour printable model, that understands the unique requirements relating to such models,. e.g., minimum thickness, solidity, water tight, etc. Will start with one model, if satisfactory in terms of product and budget, will send more. Head model and full body figurine model are included in the attachment.
