Create an Animation

This is for a relatively simple project. I am lenient on whether you want to do it in 2D or 3D. Whichever is easier for you. Essentially I just need a short 10 second animation skit. Like a cartoon short. The graphics for it are all quite simple.
-Animated Stickfigure
-A large pig
-Some ground and sky (preferably with clouds)
-A wooden sign
(I can provide some if not all of the background graphics. I have the pig graphic you can use to modify to suit the purpose)
The animation would be like such:
The stick figure walking along. Turns around to see the giant pig charging. (This can be something as simple as the legs moving back and forth puffing up dirt). Pans back to the stick figure whom screams for a moment and turns around to begin running. That is the first segment for about 6 or so seconds. The other 4 seconds will be will be the pig running over the stick figure. After he passes, 2 signs drop down on either side of the stick figure.
It is pretty straight forward, but open to your artistic input. That is just a rough depiction of how I see it.
