** PROJECT NEED TO BE DONE IN TWO WEEKS, AND I NEED PROGRESS UPDATE EVERY THREE DAYS.

- this product can help a company better track their investment performance portfolio, manage their company's day to day operations, analysis on their financials, run marketing data result on each of their invested business (so this tool is like a everything combined tool for a management/investing company, so feel free to be creative and adding in more features as long as it make sense)
** This company invest mostly in food and service and real estate industry.
- This product needs to have a lot of features and maintenance job that needs 1-2 full time programmer works on this for at least 1-2 years.
Here is a list of requirements i will need my freelancers to provide to me besides the prototype of this software:
- Copies of ongoing technical documentation, including a revision history and/or milestone table showing an ongoing progression the product. (It does not have to be a finished product, but i need the technical documentation to show this is a ongoing product)
- Comparison of this product to other similar software product on the market and how it is unique.
- Marketing Analysis/Research of this Software. like a business plan
- Standard Cost Benefit Analyst of the final software product.
- How can this product help the company run in a long term.
