Porting a Cg GPU Gems sample that uses OpenGL to Direct 3D11

To port the file "[url removed, login to view]" to use DIrect3D11. It currently uses OpenGL minimum profile vp30 and hence does not run in modern integrated graphic cards with have primitive OpenGL support (arbvp1).
