development of Soundcloud recorder And Uploader in php

Hello ,

I need to create a SoundCloud App for my underdevelopment Website.

basically i want to allow users to Record their sound track through my website and upload it on SoundCloud then post it/share it on my site automaticaly without having leaving my site.

it's alot similar to this Free app [url removed, login to view]

but i need it to look a bit nicer and quality i know that you will need to allow the users to Login first to soundcloud so they can upload there sound track

most importantly :-

-i want the app to be available on as many devices as you can (pc ,tablet.android..etc ) and as many browsers as possible ( chrome,firefox ,opera ... etc )

-since some of the browsers have stopped using Flash(action-script) and started using html 5 instead , creating it in html5 would be much appreciated

-i want to use the visitor resources instead of my Hosting server resources in the uploading part of the process just like the Link above.
