Need a simple neural network to be developed so that it can be used to train number

recognition from 0 - 9.

This is for a school project. Please include descriptive comment on codes so that

I can read and understand what each line of code does.

The objective of this is so that I can learn to code and implement a simple

neural network that learn and identify one digit numbers from 0 - 9.

Prefer this program to be written in c or c++
