We want an online webform (with a url) that when filled will populate our salesforce leads object.
Our form which is quite long is attached so that you can see the type of entries expected

1 .Reliability and Ease of implementation (not really for me but for you so as not to have errors. A finished product will have more ease than an unfinished or github product)
