I'm a property investor living in Sydney Australia, requiring a researcher to provide recommendations on the US Property market according to the criteria set out in the book '20 Must Ask Questions For Every Property Investor by Margaret Lomas. The aim is positive cashflow property with returns ranging from 10% to 20%.
You are required to
1. Read the first 4 chapters of the listed book (I can forward you the book by email)
2. Complete research according to the first 3 criteria, write up recommendations with clear outlines of which city to invest and why. You will need to reference websites in your report. Bullet points for the report is okay
3. Have some knowledge of cashflow positive property investment.
