I looking Enigma2 developer who can create enigma2 plugins ( OpenpliTv)

If you don't know about enigma2 or don't have skill how to make plugin for enigma2 don't apply for job.

I have already a custom enigma2 plugin, but I want to modify it , I want to add rating and recommendation feature , so the user can rate the shows and get list of recommendation based on the ratings .
