Xml api implementation to an existing site

We already have a web travel site which we created in custom. Our site has the ability to grab prices from airlines and hotels, combine them and give the final price to the customer including our provision. This is the general idea.
We integrated airlines that we acquired them through web scrabing, hotel's apis which we acquired them from several hotel companies and we use a complicated system with workers using the Gearman program.
We need a developer who can integrate into our ready system one xml api from a hotel provider company. We include the documentation so that it will be of a help if you are able to do it.
We also need a well trained developer who can maintain our site and work on it by upgrading it. The developer MUST have very very good experience as we dont want to lose our time, nor his.
The developer must have experience in Joomla, PHP programming and Mysql, he has to be able to scrap from airline companies their prices, integrate apis from hotel companies, and acquire knowledge on gearman system.
Only skillful programmers with more that 8 years experience needed.
Payment will be done by hourly work. Long term cooperation. Dedication is needed.
