I need a vpn (openvpn?) server setup, maximum security with admin panel to easily create user with expiry date and renewal options 1,3,6,12 month packages. recurring paypal payments gateway or account expire. must be secure and ability to add servers to openvpn cluster easily, remove servers, replace servers etc...
