Turn an angular app into a wordpress theme

We have a fully functional angular(JS) app that needs to be converted into a wordpress theme. There is a listview and a detailsView. The theme needs to fetch all items on page load and then details of the requested item. Please note that DetailsView is a comboview ( List items are also on screen in addition to the details of the requested item at the same time).
Familiarity with the wordpress REST API and a working knowledge of angularjs is required. IDeally you have built themes using angularjs and the WP API before.
