This a bidding request for Mobile Apps (Android & iOS) development for Crisis Alert (Panic Alert).
The app will be required to send panic alert SMS to pre-configured mobile numbers at a click of a button. The app should be able to function without Internet connectivity as SMS will be the key primary communication tool. Although, initial installation and configuration will require the Internet connectivity.
The following features are expected:
• Support for GSM, GPS and the Internet
• Support Offline Maps and GPS devices to provide address without Internet connectivity
• Support for SMS alert channel
• Support Batch/Bulk SMS notification (One to Many, free to senders if possible)
• Support for Push-Notification where Internet exist (additional not alternative)
• Customizable pre-defined alert messages
• Support for Language Localisation
Apps Management / Admin Functions:
• Remote Management via back-end (Web Interface)
• Subscription based - Registration/Configuration by Admin/Manager
• Subscribers' Database (SubName, RegNo, PhoneNo)
• User Category (Admin, Manager, User)
• Phone number should be the username.
User Interface:
• GPS Co-ordinates (Latitude & Longitude)
• The current location details (e.g 1 ABC Road, City, State, Country) should be at the top.
• We expect three major button in the front page with scenario-based images e.g Crisis 1, Crisis 2 etc.
• There will be additional buttons below the main page (after scrolling) which can be used for "Emergency" contact details like Ambulance, Police, Fire
Scenario:
• e.g Crisis > Push Button > Location Tracked + Pull Subscriber Details > Send Batch SMS + Push Notification > Members receive alerts
• Alert Details: CrisisType + CrisisLocation + GoogleMap-Link (Shortened) + SubDetails
Please the development source code should be open and provided as part of deliverables.
