Need php variant form to add to shopping cart

I have phprunner 9.1 with shopping cart template. I need to add variants e.g color and size of product to shopping cart. I need php form code or some other way that the information from my [login to view URL] shows into my shopping cart page which is [login to view URL] page. I use msaccess database in phprunner to run my project. Phprunner has php snippet which can be added in there software. I'm not sure if that can be of any help to add product variants e.g color: red, blue green and size: small, medium, large. Need help.
