Need A Few Lines Of Custom Code to modify Wordpress Plugin

I already have a plugin that let's users authenticate into their wordpress account, and that plugin displays the users recent photos. I also want to pull in their follower count. I've tried going through the API and my plugin code to find the right snipper to insert, but haven't found a solution yet. I have attached the JS file from the plugin that I believe does all the displaying of photos on front end. i think we just need to add some code to this file to get the user follower count and display it.

Hi friend, I am WordPress expert and I can easily complete this job. I can say from experience that these followers never count using JS file, the code should be in PHP file of the plugin.
