Need a software/algorithm that can compare two fingerprints that come from different sources.
An existing database of jpg images of fingerprints is the source to compare with.
The images of this database are not necessarily created using the same fingerprint scanner it's just a image file of the fingerprint.
Please show your capability with video which shows running program.
