We need some text added to the login page of our Drupal site. The text "User access is provided to users to gain access to Clinical Guidlines. Visibility to payment or other information is not available." needs to be seen at the top of this page (Under the heading text): [login to view URL]
Users who can provide the necessary code snippets and .tpl files without access to FTP would be preferred. FTP access will be provided if necessary.
