Display Short/Long Position In Chart Using Exchange API

your job will be to create a very fast website that displays short/long positions in a chart using an existing API from an exchange.
You will do this for roughly 9 currency pairs
You will be using CURL to retrieve the data. To make it VERY fast you could store the entire dataset temporarily and use it to build a static HTML page building the chart? Then use a cronjob to trigger an update every 5 minutes?
The budget is $450 and we can discuss further work on this project to add up to a total of $1500 if you fulfill the work to my satisfaction
