What We Need:
We're looking to build a subscription-based membership platform in the health/wellness industry. With our monthly subscription, members will gain access to categories of content including training modules and video courses. We will also have one-time payment upsell courses and content they can purchase as well. Also on our website we need a store where we'll sell various items such as essential oils, tea, apparel, and yoga mats.
We will also offer an optional affiliate/multi-level marketing program where members can refer their friends and earn commissions from those they refer to our business. This will pay down three levels which encourages our affiliates to build a team of distributors. (Full comp plan has been developed which I will explain upon inquiry)
BASIC WEBSITE NEEDS:
- Content Management System (NOT Wordpress)
- Pages: Admin Dashboard, Affiliate/Customer Dashboard, Squeeze Pages, Landing Pages, etc.
- Payment Gateway Integration (merchant to be determined)
- Emailing Capabilities for Admin
- Ability to Add Categories of Content
- Ability to Add One-Time Upsell Courses/Content
- ECommerce Store with Shopping Cart and Affiliate Referral Tracking
AFFILIATE NEEDS:
- Affiliate Dashboard w/ payment ledger, payouts/pending payouts, PayQuicker integration, referral links, leaderboard, capture pages, landing pages, etc.
- Multi-level Compensation Plan Structure paying down 3 levels deep. We will also have a Fast Start Bonus (5 referrals first 10 days earn bonus) and ranking system.
- Replicated Capture Pages and Sales Pages
- We’re going to use [login to view URL] to pay out affiliate commissions but we will need some sort of commissions/sales tracking for our backend so we can do batch reports (cvs) of all commissions due and send to PayQuicker for payouts each Friday.

- Live Streaming Classes
- Ability to Stream to TV (apple tv or roku)
- Add calendar where members can set goals, reminders, etc and then push notifications to the mobile app
- Track Number of Completed Classes, Calories burned, Time Spent

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
An experienced developer (or team of developers) who has experience with creating custom MLM (multi-level marketing) websites. I would also prefer that you have experience working with MLM/Affiliate Marketing scripts and customizing compensation plans. And I am seeking only those who speak English fluently or as their primary language.
