I need a website where:
1. users can register via email, facebook, google +
2. these users can make payments or an investment (paypal)
3. These payments will be automatically refunded after a specific time which can be parameterized directly to a paypal account
4. the investments or payments of the users will be partially refunded as I told you but with an increase of the investment, I explain, if a user invests 100 dollars and the percentage of profit is 20%, the refund of their money will be 120 dollars payable In the parameterized time if it is two months to say it is paid 60 dollars in the first month and 60 dollars in the second month.
5. users should have referral system, I explain a user has a unique code and this shares it with group of friends, example:

Users are registered through this link or directly at the time of registration. The user who sent the link and registered by the same or using his code, this will display a list of their referrals, date of registration and the value of the investment of the same but will receive a 10% commission for it.
6. Obviously users can invest or make their payments through paypal, credit card, debit card.
7. The users can request by clicking the total refund of the money, but the total amount is refunded less 20% by advance cancellation of their investment.
8. send e-mail to users at the time of registration, at the moment of making payments, at the time of canceling or refunding their money or at the time the customer is automatically paid for their investment.
