I must add a file upload page ( in user account) to upload customer files and add some functionality in the admin panel.
User upload page:
1) add a link to access in upload page (in customer account) (image A).
2) Create a page for uploading files. (Image B)
There must be a progress bar and must be able to upload a file for each combination of the same product.
The file extensions must be: pdf, eps, jpg, tif, AI_
The files can also be large (up to 500 MB)
When the upload is finished you should display name, date and time of the uploaded file.
You will display the status of checking files and messages for the user (set in administrator panel).

You must Add icons to download and setting the status of the file
A) Green icon: When you check the box, the file has been checked by our staff and will go to print. The customer can't replace the file.
B) Grey Icon: indicates that the file was uploaded by the client but has not yet been checked by our staff. In this case the customer can replace the file (until it is approved - green icon)
C) Red icon: Indicates that the file has not been uploaded by the customer
Near icons you can add the file name and date of upload and I would like to add an estimated date for shipping (set by us).
I would like to add a number of processing for each row of the same order and add a drop-down menu to select the status.
It must be added two fields for notes (one for user displayed on the upload page and one for internal use).
Finally I should add a bar code (generated with the order code) to print the labels. In the bar code you should display the processing number.
EXTERNAL PAGE
I would create external page for the operators which are displayed the same information as in administrator panel but with the ability to filter and change the status of processing.
You must create the permissions to access this page. (Picture C)
