Hi. i am looking for someone to create me a support ticket system which is behind a paywall. users need to take on a subscription, when they have it they can create tickets. its important that in the backend there can be multiple agents who handle the tickets and there is statics like how many tickets each agent has handled and the time they spent per project.
there needs to be an option for clients and agents to communicate through the ticketand share files.
each client has access to their own ticket page. so other users should not be able to see other client's tickets.
there needs to be an payment integration so users can pay through all the major payment platforms.
