Changing the partition layout of VPS after installation(up-gradate)

My VPS server has upgraded.
VPS is now up and running and can be accessed via SSH and VNC as usual.
In order to use the additional disk space, need to do action at the following tutorial:

also in my server has few site down due to server issue, you need to fix.
