Requirement Scenario :
We get auto inquiry emails from a B2B Website as soon as a prospective client views our products or clicks the get quotes button. The Inquiry emails come from no-reply@[login to view URL] and the email consists of the Buyer's Email ID, Mobile number, Organisation Name and Place. The Emails land into our default email account.
What need to be done :
To build an bot kind of application which can read the incoming emails and fetch the Inquirer's Email and Mobile Number ( Which is actually a part of body of the Email ) and send out a Welcome Message and Product Catalogs and other materials as per the inquiry. Since our predominant class of customers use Whatsapp, an Api to Send out Automatic Messages to the clients as soon as the Inquiry Lands up will also be Appreciated. But initially the Email Responder is a must to do.
