Development and website coding consultation

We are in need of an experienced developer to do an audit of the code for our website and database. We would like to know what we can do to optimize the code to increase load times, limit the number of requests being made to the server, and increase overall performance. Once we have the consultation we would like to rehire the developer to help us make the changes needed and work with them on a regular basis for maintenance, fixes, and support to our main programmer who is working part time for us now.

Freelancer must be skilled in php, javascript, database development, and code optimization. Freelance must be willing to work as part of a team and be available for support in the working hours in the US.

In addition to the above:

We will need the following:

1. We need an analysis of our current website
2. We would like results of analysis in report form
3. We would like suggestions and solutions in the analysis report on what to do in the next phase

Moving forward we will need documentation on the current database structure.
