Building Externsions for JomSocial Component

We need someone who is good with Joomla and JomSocial to build several extensions for our JomSocial Project. We will provide the JomSocial component and Joomla template, therefore you will have to design and build the extension on the basis of the given Joomla template.\r\n\r\nThe general idea of what you have to build:\r\n1) A Group Admin can use this extension to create courses where the Group Members can view and apply. Upon applying a course the Group Members can choose to pay for the course via PayPal (a payment gateway that links to PayPal) or let their \"company\" pay for them.\r\n\r\n2) \"Company\" can be created by the System Admin and will then be able to be selected by the Group Members as one of the payment method when they apply for a course. After being created, \"companies\" can login to view an order list that tells them which Group Member has selected the \"companies\" to pay for the Group Member\'s course application. The \"companies\" can then choose to pay for that application (approve) after they verified the Group Member that applied it is one of their employee, or not to pay for that application (reject) if they find out otherwise.\r\n\r\n3) Applications that are paid via PayPal will be approved by the System Admin after the System Admin received notification of a successful payment.\r\n\r\n4) The Group Members can view how many points they have earned by attending courses and can generate a report with the points.\r\n\r\n5) The Group Admin can view all of the applications for a course and can generate course reports with course related information such as who attended the course, date/duration of the course being conducted, payment status (whether paid by PayPal or \"company\"), course fee etc.\r\n\r\n6) The \"company\" can also view a report of attendance, date/duration of course, course fee etc of the Group Members that the \"company\" paid for, but this report is only available if the System Admin unlocked it for the \"company\".\r\n\r\n7) All the reports have to be able to be exported as CSV.\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n1) Has to deliver by 20 Dec 2015.\r\n2) Do not edit the Joomla/JomSocial\'s core files when you\'re building the extensions as we might need to update our Joomla/JomSocial version.\r\n3) In case we updated our Joomla/JomSocial\'s version, we also should be able to edit your codes so that it work with the updated version.
